View year-to-year changes in results by organization, department, and specialty - or by categories of your choosing. Opportunity for natural experiment based program evaluation, using longitudinal well-being data from your own or a combination of member institutions.
Scholarly Community of Peers
Monthly program evaluation forum, collaborative working groups to advance our scientific mission, and an online message board to connect with fellow healthcare well-being leaders. Biannual, in-person networking and Board meetings. Propose and lead collaborative discovery projects using multi-site Consortium data.
